Weekly Practice Sessions
We welcome guests to join our practices! No experience is required to attend.

Sunday
We meet at 10AM for quiet meditation followed by the chanting of a practice, such as Green Tara, White Tara, 21 Taras, Chenrezig, Vajrasattva, Medicine Buddha, Amitabha, Guru Rinpoche and various other Deity Practices.

Wednesday
We meet at 7PM for Ngondro which are preliminary practices that begin to harmonize the body, speech and mind, and establish the proper foundation for future practices.

Special Practices Dates
Practice sessions such as one of the 4 main yearly festivals, prayer request sessions, or other such occasions are announced on the web site and placed on the calendar as they arise.

Sitting Meditation Practice
Shamatha, or Calm-Abiding, is a concentration practice which calms the mind through focused attention on a single object, such as the breath. Done over time, this practice generates within one a greater sense of stability, tranquility and peace.
